Our manufacturing facility is equipped with overhead cranage of 20 tonnes and an in house equipment capability to shear, roll and form up to and including 3000mm wide x 12 mm thick plate. Materials worked and welded include, all grades of ferrous steel, all grades of stainless steel, Cr-Mo, A330, Nickel alloys (alloy 200, 400, 600), Cryogenic steels, aluminium, duplex and super duplex.

Welding procedures cover all our range in every process and thickness. All our welders are dual qualified to both EN and ASME standards. All welding processes are rigorously supervised and controlled by our own fully qualified registered welding inspector. Non Destructive Testing is carried out both in our workshop or on customer sites using only PCN certified operators.
